Business Development Manager

Business Development (hunters) needed!

Effective Connect is seeking a talented marketer to join our growing digital and telemarketing department as a Business Development Specialist. We’d like to find a candidate with experience using persuasive social media and traditional telemarketing techniques. An interest in our business, social media and web presence is a plus. Desire to learn from experienced marketers is a must.

We are looking for a results-oriented self-starter to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting the expansion of existing marketing efforts, as well as assisting in the strategic creation of new campaigns. We hire based on Competence, Character, and Chemistry.

Overview of the Opportunity:

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in weekly brainstorm to develop new campaign ideas, testing strategies, and provide ongoing status updates on various projects.
  • Manage a targeted list of clients and reach out to them using digital tools as well as telemarketing.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing/advertising preferred but not required
  • Experience in direct response lead generation highly preferred
